Salary: USD $235,501 - $254,820 / Yr.

What you will do
- Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for NC3 portfolio.
- Lead program execution managing multi-party teams, interfaces, risks, and milestones including SIL delivery, FAA STC, USAF Airworthiness, and ICLS.
- Drive proposal development and business capture aligned with classified RFP criteria like Airworthiness, ATO/Cybersecurity, and MOSA.
- Build customer relationships, engage stakeholders, and grow NC3 market segment through strategic partnerships.
- Manage financials, risks, opportunities, patents, and data rights for maximum profit and cash flow.
- Lead matrix teams, mentor personnel, and identify AI opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 15 years leadership or Master’s + 13 years.
- U.S. citizenship and DoD TOP SECRET clearance at hire; eligibility for SAPI/SCI and polygraph beneficial.
- Expertise in program management, WBS, financial analysis, risk/opportunity management in complex classified programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of government contracting, DoD markets, NC3 systems, business development, and proposal strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or NC3-related fields.
- Experience with NC3 programs, strategic weapon systems, competitive classified proposals.
- Familiarity with FAA STC, USAF Airworthiness (MIL-HDBK-516C), MOSA, RMF ATO processes.
