What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with business strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and provide strategic progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage technical risks and issues by developing and maintaining risk burndown plans with technical teams.
• Oversee budgets, project status, and productivity goals to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather and manage requirements to ensure final products solve core business problems.
• Drive programs related to MDR compliance remediation, capacity expansion, and product design enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire (sponsorship not available for this level).

Nice to have

• MBA or Project Management certifications (PMP).
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading MDR remediation programs and regulatory submissions (510k, PMA).
• Knowledge of medical device standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and IEC 62304.
• Expertise in design history files (DHF) and device master records (DMR).
