What you will do

• Issue and facilitate supplier corrective action processes and cost recovery reports.
• Manage supplier quality KPIs and evaluate/approve PPAP documents.
• Coordinate supplier quality engineering and process changes.
• Maintain records and control disposition of discrepant items.
• Interact with new product launch teams on purchase parts and lead problem-solving projects.
• Conduct product inspections and ensure manufacturing documentation meets requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Quality Engineer with supplier management experience.
• Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience required.
• IATF 16949 experience required.
• ERP systems experience required (SAP preferred).
• PPAP and APQP experience required.

Nice to have

• VDA auditor certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
