What you will do

• Lead APQP processes for new and revised components to ensure robust quality plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Utilize Polyworks and scanning equipment to assess tooling and components against GD&T requirements.
• Perform statistical quality control to monitor process stability and measurement systems.
• Manage supplier corrective actions and drive root cause analysis for dimensional issues.
• Communicate quality performance and risks to internal leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in quality or dimensional roles.
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Polyworks software and scanning equipment operation.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and GD&T methodologies.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites (25-50% of the time).
