What you will do
- Research potential candidate groups to map their online behavior and content preferences.
- Develop and refine a communications plan to increase employer brand visibility in the labor market.
- Create engaging articles and social media posts that showcase company culture and open roles.
- Produce multimedia content, including podcasts and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications teams on brainstorms and reviews.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Communications, Marketing, Media, HR, or a related field.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Available for an internship of at least four months.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam (on-site work).
- Passion for content creation and social media.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, AI tools, and MS Office.
