What you will do

• Research potential candidate groups to map their online behavior and content preferences.
• Develop and refine a communications plan to increase employer brand visibility in the labor market.
• Create engaging articles and social media posts that showcase company culture and open roles.
• Produce multimedia content, including podcasts and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications teams on brainstorms and reviews.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Communications, Marketing, Media, HR, or a related field.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Available for an internship of at least four months.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam (on-site work).
• Passion for content creation and social media.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, AI tools, and MS Office.
