Recruitment Intern

TL;DR

Recruitment Intern (HR): Support full recruitment processes across technical, commercial, and operational roles in an EV charging SaaS company with an accent on candidate management, interview coordination, and ATS usage. Focus on posting vacancies, screening candidates, feedback follow-up, and employer branding initiatives.

Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Cloud-based SaaS platform for EV charge point management, accelerating electric mobility transition, part of DKV Mobility Group.

What you will do

• Post vacancies and maintain job adverts;
• Manage candidate pipelines in Applicant Tracking System (Recruitee);
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers;
• Handle assignments, feedback, and reference checks;
• Support candidate communication and screening;
• Update recruitment documentation, reporting, and KPIs;
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently studying Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, Communication or related;
• Available for 6-month internship;
• Proactive, structured, strong communicator with attention to detail;
• Fluent English (written and verbal); Dutch is a plus;
• Comfortable with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and online tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or ATS;
• Interest in EV/tech industry.
