CX/UX Designer (Tax & Accounting) - Hybrid (TX/KS/NJ/FL/GA/NY/IL) R0056839

Location: Hybrid, with eight office days per month at the closest hirify.global office in TX, KS, NJ, FL, GA, NY, or IL, within 50 miles. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $68,900–$118,050 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Design user-facing experiences incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation into tax and accounting workflows.
• Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to generate actionable design improvements.
• Contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
• Present design concepts and research findings, iterate solutions based on feedback, and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
• Ability to plan and conduct user research and synthesize findings.
• Proficiency in interactive prototyping and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems and style guides.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
