What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and checking in high volumes of applicants daily.
• Manage candidate flow using an interview scheduling tracker to monitor arrivals and status.
• Coordinate timely candidate handoffs for driving assessments with hiring managers and team leads.
• Distribute and collect candidate paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Upload documentation and assessment videos into internal tracking systems.
• Monitor daily interview schedules to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onsite hiring events.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Relocation sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, logistics, or hourly hiring environments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling tools.
