What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small business clients as their primary accounting advisor and bookkeeping owner.
• Perform core bookkeeping tasks including importing transactions, categorizing entries, and reconciling accounts.
• Generate financial statements and proactively flag potential bookkeeping issues for clients.
• Conduct recurring virtual calls to review financial books and provide expert guidance.
• Translate complex accounting concepts into lay terms for small business owners.
• Collaborate with peers to share experiences and optimize the customer experience.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 0-2 years of general work experience.
• Previous experience with cloud accounting software.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
