What you will do

• Convert high-level program plans into actionable on-road plans, ensuring safety and operational feasibility.
• Lead execution of internal and external testing and validation programs.
• Act as the primary link between model developers, researchers, product teams, and operations to drive faster feature iteration.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations to maintain experiment design and process quality at scale.
• Use fleet data and metrics to refine testing processes and internal tooling.
• Explore new experimental methods, such as adversarial route selection and edge case testing.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management or operations at the intersection of R&D and field testing in high-complexity environments (e.g., autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace).
• Proven track record of managing programs requiring tight coordination between technical teams and operational execution.
• Deep experience with test planning and operational readiness frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or field robotics operations.
