What you will do

• Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards for the platform.
• Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality training and testing materials for AI models.
• Evaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability of AI agent outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams to align platform behavior with real-world clinical reasoning.
• Inform the development of new products and specialty-specific modules across diverse medical fields.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience as a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) providing direct patient care.
• Experience in outpatient or specialty settings, particularly with medication prior authorizations and patient access.
• Strong written communication skills to translate clinical complexity for non-clinical teams.
• Interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams to build new technologies.
• Must be based in New York for full-time in-person work.
