What you will do

• Own data analyses for customer-facing features, including launch metrics and accuracy evaluations.
• Handle quantitative and qualitative analysis requests from stakeholders to improve speech interfaces.
• Lead evaluation of dialog conventions, test tooling, and pilot processes for new data areas.
• Evaluate and optimize workflow tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide expert support to data analysts and data collection efforts as subject matter expert.
• Conduct research on speech interactions and collaborate on customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years with SQL, Python, or statistical software like R, SAS, Matlab.
• 3+ years with machine learning/statistical modeling tools and techniques.
• 1+ years guiding and coaching researchers.
• 1+ years working with or evaluating AI systems.
• 1+ years creating mathematical textbooks, papers, or educational content.
• Master's degree or above in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying theoretical models in applied environments.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in STEM.
