What you will do

• Design and run evaluations to measure AI output quality against top-tier legal standards.
• Review and validate outputs for accuracy, relevance, comprehensiveness, and helpfulness.
• Collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to identify gaps, diagnose issues, and build solutions.
• Act as legal quality advocate, ensuring precision and clarity in AI outputs.
• Bridge technical and legal domains, translating concepts into requirements and vice versa.
• Provide expertise to guide feature development and product roadmap.
• Ideate new products from deep understanding of legal teams' needs.

Requirements

• Law degree and active license to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years legal experience, including meaningful in-house work.
• Depth in in-house areas like corporate-commercial, transactional, contracts, regulatory, privacy, compliance, employment, fintech, or litigation.
• Experience using and evaluating generative AI for legal work.
• Strong analytical skills to design metrics, interpret results, and structure legal reasoning.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and GTM teams.
