What you will do

• Convert complex content policies into concise prompts that LLMs can easily interpret.
• Test, refine, and document prompt changes based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to perform root-cause analyses on misclassifications.
• Partner with Policy, Legal, and Data Science teams to ensure prompt accuracy and alignment.
• Contribute to prompt development methodologies, evaluation frameworks, and a centralized knowledge base.
• Report findings through structured communication, including charts, written reports, and demos.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Policy, Linguistics, Communications, Social Sciences, Business, or STEM.
• Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of established research methodologies.
• Ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, BI tools, or basic scripting for data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the NYC Global HQ.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, content moderation, policy analysis, or research.
• Foundational grasp of AI/ML concepts, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with academic or industry publications and collaborative research.
