What you will do
- Own the strategic quality of enforcement outcomes across AI-driven systems and make production readiness recommendations.
- Act as a policy-to-model translator by crafting prompts and defining evaluation criteria.
- Curate high-quality "golden sets" to teach models the difference between contextual debate and policy violations.
- Monitor system performance to identify concept drift, policy changes, or emerging adversarial threats.
- Develop monitoring strategies for niche communities and edge cases to ensure diverse enforcement.
- Collaborate with ML and Product stakeholders to safeguard model integrity and manage rollbacks.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems.
- Strong AI literacy regarding the behavior, strengths, and failure modes of LLM-based and classifier-driven systems.
- Familiarity with AI safety concepts, including evaluation design and labeling strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python to investigate issues and inform decisions using data.
- Experience with content moderation and real-time incident response in complex environments.
- Ability to align strategic goals between Policy, Legal, and Product leaders and technical ML partners.
