Engineering Internship (AI)

TL;DR

Engineering Internship (AI/Fullstack): Prototyping, evaluating, and integrating AI-powered solutions for insurance workflows, drug access, and biopharma insights with an accent on LLMs, document processing, and scalable pipelines. Focus on automating complex branching processes, building robust ML systems for varied data, and creating predictive models for clinical and market outcomes.

Onsite full-time in New York City office (all roles in person)

$2K – $2.5K per week

What you will do

• Lead prototyping, evaluation, and product integration of AI solutions for specific business problems like insurance coverage and fulfillment workflows.
• Combine AI/ML for document classification, data extraction, RPA/scraping, and state machines handling intertwined processes.
• Scale pipelines for diverse drug classes and markets, making them robust to data variations and external systems.
• Build consumer-grade AI experiences for patients and physicians.
• Develop predictive models and insights from heterogeneous data to accelerate biopharma drug development and access.
• Optionally shadow GTM team or CEO on sales-focused projects.

Requirements

• Onsite full-time in NYC office
• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
• Product engineering experience building full-stack web apps, integrating APIs, and iterating on features
• Ability to drive projects independently while collaborating with Engineering, Data, GTM, and Operations teams
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering results

Nice to have

• Previous full-stack AI projects
• Familiarity with Python, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes
