What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor and lead weekly team meetings.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of 20-30 Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the dealer base in independent and franchise markets.
• Provide active coaching for incoming and outgoing calls to improve performance.
• Conduct sales presentations and assist representatives with dealer calls.
• Develop sales materials and enforce minimum performance expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience leading a team.
• 3+ years of expertise in sales, marketing, auto finance, and banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Must live in the region and work from the Los Angeles corporate office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales software.
