Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States

Salary: $125,000 starting annual salary, with final compensation based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and construction completion of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Direct technical development for supply, storage, collection, distribution, treatment, pumping, and conveyance systems.
• Deliver projects within established budgets, schedules, and client performance expectations.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and technical staff while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Support proposals, strategic client pursuits, client management, and meetings with municipalities, agencies, contractors, developers, and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater planning, design, and construction administration as a lead design engineer or project manager.
• Strong team leadership, project delivery, prioritization, and mentoring experience.
• Current PE license in Ohio or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Excellent technical skills in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is advantageous.
