What you will do

• Lead and direct the design and technical development of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets established budgets, schedules, and client performance expectations.
• Prepare construction documents, plans, specifications, and project cost estimates.
• Provide technical direction and supervision to a team of design engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams and manage client relationships.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and strategic client pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater planning, design, and construction administration.
• Current PE license in Ohio or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proven team leadership experience, including mentoring and task prioritization.
• Strong technical skills in water/wastewater/stormwater practice areas.
