What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage operational risks holistically.
• Review business changes like new products or system implementations for risk impacts and controls.
• Maintain mappings of business processes, risks, and controls across segments.
• Monitor and analyze risk events, conduct root-cause and thematic analysis.
• Use data analytics and reporting for risk transparency and trend identification.
• Prepare risk reports for leadership on themes, gaps, trends, and remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years in Asset Management or financial services, preferably risk-focused
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, controls, issues, and monitoring
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and risk metrics
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Tableau a plus
