What you will do

• Perform security master setup and maintenance for investment instruments
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle including capture, settlements, and post-trade activities
• Execute daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations, researching and resolving breaks
• Investigate and resolve operational, system, and data discrepancies
• Process equity, fixed income transactions, repurchase agreements, and private credit
• Coordinate with traders, portfolio managers, custodians, and teams on issue resolution
• Maintain logs, exception reports, checklists, and ensure compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 4+ years in investment operations, finance, accounting, or financial services support
• Experience in back-office or middle-office investment operations
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, and securities processing
• Advanced Excel; experience with Aladdin, PAM for Investments, Tableau
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
