TL;DR

Senior Business Value Advisor (Commerce): Analyze customer business performance, craft tailored solutions aligned with digital objectives, and provide strategic guidance with an accent on Commerce customers and opportunities. Focus on leading value assessments, building business cases and financial models, and demonstrating impact of hirify.global’s AI-powered search solutions.

Location: Canada (Montreal, Quebec City); In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote with possible travel to team-building events

What you will do

  • Partner with customers and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to showcase business value delivered by hirify.global.
  • Lead customer-facing business value assessments, identify key metrics for Commerce, and develop business cases and financial models to justify sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate value to installed base, align business cases with delivered value, and collaborate with customers and teams.
  • Create thought leadership content, provide training, and build tools/documentation for business case development as Commerce SME.
  • Stay ahead on commerce innovation, especially generative AI's impact on customer expectations, merchandising, and personalization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in strategic/analytical customer-facing roles across industries in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation.
  • Experience in SaaS, ideally commerce-focused business models.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for business modeling, financial analysis, and value tracking dashboards.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead projects, with strong business acumen in digital strategy, modeling, executive communication, and workshop facilitation.

Nice to have

  • Collaboration with technical and business teams.
  • Understanding of GTM tracking (Google Tag Manager, event tracking) and performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of enterprise search in digital optimization and AI-powered search technologies.
  • Curiosity about GenAI in commerce.
