What you will do

• Expand and evolve the visual identity across web, campaigns, events, product, and print surfaces.
• Develop illustrations and visual approaches to translate abstract technical concepts into emotional imagery.
• Partner with copywriters and motion designers to ensure a cohesive visual and narrative experience.
• Maintain and expand a flexible, scalable brand system while experimenting with new creative directions.
• Collaborate with and brief external partners, including illustrators and agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design (in-house or agency).
• Strong command of typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across brand systems, campaigns, web, and print.
• Strong illustration skills or sensibility for visualizing abstract concepts.
• Ability to operate independently within a small team and prioritize based on business goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design, 3D, or prototyping.
• Proficiency with AI tooling to scale design workflows.
• Creative coding experience.
