Salary: $37.50 - $80.30 per hour

What you will do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot sophisticated bugs in Weave's products for various user roles.
- Interact with customers via email and forums to resolve complex technical problems.
- Identify, communicate, and report bugs to Engineering and Product teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical technical issues through to resolution.
- Develop documentation and training materials as a subject matter expert.
- Analyze trends to advocate for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in QA or Support for a technical SaaS product.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging across multiple platforms.
- Consultative communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York hubs.
