What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to define and evolve QA strategy
• Build and scale automated testing infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end coverage
• Adopt innovative QA practices with a focus on AI-driven approaches
• Ensure quality across all aspects of the software platform
• Investigate test failures and production issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Python, or Rust)
• Experience with or strong interest in test automation
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Clear communication skills
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, or similar)
• Strong understanding of API testing best practices
• Comfort with front-end testing (browser automation, visual regression)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
