What you will do

• Perform first-level analysis on real-world run data and investigate complex on-road interventions.
• Conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with Detective and Triage Engineers.
• Manage the full issue lifecycle including identification, investigation, resolution, and reporting.
• Add precise metadata to interventions, including Root Cause Labels and Jira linking.
• Validate triage automation bots and suggest improvements for proprietary tooling.
• Participate in regular standups to align on priorities and adapt to process changes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ADAS, Autonomous Vehicles, or Testing.
• Comfort with technical terminology related to ADAS systems and software stacks.
• Strong debugging, documentation, and investigation skills.
• Analytical thinking and a safety-first mindset.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and log review.
• Knowledge of software release workflows and build pipelines.
• Experience with robotics systems.
