What you will do

• Support setup, configuration, and validation of quality systems including smart tools, AI cameras, and digital inspection devices.
• Troubleshoot issues in EQMS platforms, smart inspection systems, and quality data tools.
• Integrate new tools with engineering, IT, and quality teams into production processes.
• Build and maintain process flows, control plans, digital documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Digitize, automate, and standardize quality records like inspection data, testing logs, and serialization.
• Participate in pilot runs, monitor performance, provide shop floor support, and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Quality, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering support, preferably with quality or production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting in hardware/software; read technical drawings, flowcharts, diagrams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, operations.
• Good communication and detail-oriented; split office/shop floor environment, light hands-on work.
• Develop/update programs/scripts for data validation, automation, dashboards (Python, SQL, VBA as asset).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EQMS, process automation, smart inspection, serialization, traceability.
