What you will do

• Define and execute manual and automated tests for complex customer user journeys to reflect real-world use cases.
• Develop robust automation scripts and scalable frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, JMeter, and Selenium.
• Build and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Jenkins, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks using observability tools like Grafana and Datadog.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive shift-left testing practices and mentor peers.
• Apply the scientific method to systematically decompose complex configurations and track quality metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and automation, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Must be a US citizen who resides on US soil.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GovCloud/FedRAMP environments.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and coding assistants to increase testing efficiency.
