What you will do

• Execute transactional processing for Wealth Management accounts, including security setup, trade execution, and settlement.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of participant balances and manage foreign currency exchange and valuations.
• Collaborate with account officers, risk, compliance, and audit departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Resolve complex operational issues timely to minimize losses for the bank and clients.
• Design, test, and document operational reports to support day-to-day activities and strategic decisions.
• Provide training and guidance to support personnel as a subject matter expert for high-risk processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in a high-volume securities operations environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of Wealth Management accounting systems and PC software.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles with an emphasis on reconciliation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills to manage large transaction volumes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to gain consensus among parties with conflicting interests.
