Base Hourly Pay: $29 USD

What you will do

• Work on an interdisciplinary team to design, build, and test satellite hardware and software.
• Develop assembly and integration test plans and procedures with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion teams.
• Use test equipment and instruments like thermal chambers, vibration tables, DAQs, and oscilloscopes to execute test plans.
• Coordinate assembly, integration, and environmental test efforts.
• Solve complex electrical, software, and mechanical problems in integrated systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree.
• Passion for hardware development in a fast-paced environment with hands-on design.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco. U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing complex electrical systems.
• Experience writing Python code to interface with test equipment, process datasets, and visualize data.
• Direct electrical or software design experience.
• Demonstrated ability to debug hardware and software problems under time pressure.
