What you will do

• Design, analyze, document, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies from circuit board to integrated electro-mechanical levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Drive hardware improvements through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing.
• Perform root-cause investigations to rectify anomalous behavior in safety-critical environments.
• Provide technical leadership to improve team development processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-lifecycle hardware development experience in a professional environment.
• Experience developing and simulating complex PCB assemblies using Altium Designer and SPICE.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) due to U.S. export control laws.
• Ability to methodically diagnose and solve electronic hardware problems.
• Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Experience with aviation development assurance standards (e.g., RTCA/DO-254).
• Expertise in high-speed digital, mixed-signal, RF, or power electronics design.
• Proficiency with Python or MATLAB for analysis and test scripting.
