What you will do
- Perform detailed analog and digital circuit troubleshooting down to the component level.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures, fixtures, and diagnostic programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test-related issues.
- Author and revise test documentation and specifications through change control processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to create efficient test plans and optimize workflow.
- Present technical updates and improvement recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of hands-on test engineering experience in aerospace, avionics, or electronics manufacturing.
- Expertise in diagnosing issues at the board and component level.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, or C-based tools for diagnostic programming.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Melbourne, FL.
