What you will do

• Own and manage the team backlog, prioritizing based on business objectives and value delivery.
• Refine features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Management, architects, and Agile leads.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap at team level, aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Validate functionality against acceptance criteria and foster customer-centric continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Language: French A1 (advanced) and English C1 (advanced) required for international client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in product ownership/management, with 3+ years in Agile; proven SAFe or scaled Agile experience.
• Experience in industrial software development or workflows, validated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, data fabric, and data operations.
• Hands-on with AI-based products and their data needs; ability to translate business to technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe POPM certification.
• Industrial software or enterprise platforms background.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytics experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Strong technical aptitude for development team engagement.
