Upstream Product Manager (Head, Neck and Otology Portfolio): Providing thought leadership and contributing to definition and development of the Head, Neck and Otology portfolio roadmap and product portfolio with an accent on gathering Voice of Customer feedback, defining customer needs, evaluating business cases, and portfolio prioritization. Focus on analyzing competitors’ strategies, pricing, market trends, and recommending product enhancements or developments to grow the business.

Salary: $103,200 - $154,800 USD

What you will do
- Formulate and review short- and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for the Head, Neck and Otology portfolio.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to identify unmet customer needs.
- Determine profitability and viability of new products or enhancements, developing production and marketing strategies.
- Define strategic direction for portfolios, analyze market opportunities and risks, and recommend strategies for competitive differentiation.
- Represent ENT customer needs in product development teams, build relationships with KOLs and physicians, and gather VOC feedback.
- Develop launch forecasts, financial models, and desired claims in partnership with downstream marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Based in Jacksonville, FL; travel 20-30%.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment; no sponsorship.
- For degrees outside U.S., must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements.
