What you will do

• Administer global stock plans, collaborating with Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Maintain the equity administration platform (Shareworks, espp.com) as the single source of truth for all equity data.
• Communicate equity program details to employees and develop educational resources to help them understand their equity value.
• Manage global equity payroll reporting and ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations between equity platforms, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Perform SOX control procedures and strategically leverage generative AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive stock administration experience in a global public company.
• Must be based in any U.S. State.
• Strong experience with Morgan Stanley Shareworks is preferred.
• High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
