Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $55,300 - $76,075

What you will do

  • Provide phone-based guidance to customers regarding employer-sponsored retirement accounts.
  • Discuss 401K and IRA options to align with customer retirement goals.
  • Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and compare available options to support savings.
  • Focus on deepening the customer's relationship with hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance or goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention.
  • Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within corporate timelines.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
  • Demonstrated relationship management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with inbound or phone-based consultation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of IRAs and the qualified retirement plan environment.
