Premium Auditor (Hybrid - Entry Level)

Location: Hybrid - based from home with required daily travel to audit locations 2-4 days per week within assigned territory

Salary: $44-$46 per billable hour

What you will do

• Conduct premium audits by reviewing policyholder records and applying manual rules and standards.
• Prepare audit schedules and gather necessary information and records.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email, and mail to set up appointments.
• Examine records to determine correct business classifications and write operation descriptions.
• Prepare audit documents, explain results to insured, and report to home office.
• Travel to multiple audit locations regularly.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years performing premium audits or equivalent experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Maintain automobile insurance with specified bodily injury limits
