PLM Program Manager

TL;DR

PLM Program Manager: Planning, executing, and overseeing Product Lifecycle Management system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for U.S. Department of Defense customers with an accent on backlog management, sprint facilitation, and translating business needs into executable requirements. Focus on leading cross-functional teams, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of milestones.

Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, MN preferred; fully remote considered with increased travel expectations (up to 10%, 1-2 times per month). Must be U.S. Citizen eligible for national security clearance.

Salary: 130,277 - 162,778 USD per year

What you will do

• Implement large-scale PLM/ERP systems, incorporating AI/ML into product roadmaps and development.
• Conduct market research, create and manage product roadmaps, and ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Communicate product vision to stakeholders, monitor performance, and drive data-based improvements.
• Manage product backlog, estimate resources, provide updates, and handle risk management.
• Maintain documentation, prepare go-to-market content, and assure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineering/manufacturing enterprise projects, including 3+ years with large-scale systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, product management, roadmaps, and feature development
• BS in Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication; active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
• U.S. Citizen
• Versatility and flexibility in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• PLM experience (PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter), data migrations, enhancements
• Consultant experience with PTC/Siemens partners
• AI/ML in products, aerospace/defense industry
• Cloud (AWS, Azure), Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
