Salary: 135,665 - 156,743 USD per year (Remote (United States))

What you will do

• Lead development, execution, and documentation of test strategies, plans, procedures, and reports per DoD standards.
• Oversee system-level integration testing, V&V, and user acceptance testing while coordinating test environments and data.
• Produce Objective Quality Evidence artifacts for program milestones, stakeholder reviews, and system certification.
• Support Requirement Traceability Matrices, defect resolution with developers and engineers, and IV&V events.
• Ensure compliance with contract deliverables like TEMP, STP, and test reports using tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with release cycles and system baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software/system testing, test leadership, or V&V roles.
• Strong knowledge of DoD test planning, execution, and documentation standards; experience with OQE for certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Active US national security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one; US Citizen required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or DoD SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of RMF, ATO, cybersecurity testing, and DoD documentation standards.
• Test automation with Selenium, Python, or tools like Zephyr, TestRail.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering, Agile environments, Security+ certification.
