TL;DR

Wave Test Lead (Momentum ERP): Leading testing activities for financial system implementation releases with an accent on test planning, execution, team supervision, and defect tracking. Focus on developing test scenarios/scripts, coordinating with clients/vendors, and ensuring system components like functionality, interfaces, reports, and data conversion.

Location: Remote (US), occasional domestic travel to Washington, DC and Austin, TX required. Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate with government client on planning and executing testing of new financial system, coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
• Review and develop test plans for implementation releases.
• Supervise team of 5-10 testers across application functionality, configuration, interfaces, reports, and data conversion.
• Oversee test scenarios and scripts development, including automated tools.
• Maintain and prioritize testing defect log shared with client and vendors.
• Provide direction for ERP systems and projects.

Requirements

• Masters + 10 years or Bachelors + 15 years experience supporting Momentum or similar financial software implementations at large federal agency.
• Experience leading testing for financial/acquisition systems at large government agency.
• Experience leading team of at least 5 in testing or implementations.
• At least 5 years Momentum experience.
• Strong written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration.
• Experience leading meetings/teams with senior federal executives.
• Experience with Selenium or other automated testing tools.
