What you will do

• Estimate, design, and develop test cases, manual and automated testing with minimal guidance.
• Lead development of test suites and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.
• Anticipate automation needs, write exploratory tests for new functionality, and extend testing strategies.
• Participate in planning, design reviews, and ensure systems are testable from the start.
• Interact with stakeholders to drive engineering process improvements and support recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years experience (or equivalent)
• Experience as a test lead
• Test automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Java, JavaScript; aXe, pa11y for accessibility; Postman, Rest Assured for APIs
• GitLab; knowledge of testing methodologies and business impact

Nice to have

• Prior government contracting experience
