Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach QA Leads and Engineers across onshore and offshore teams.
• Own the development of test strategies, plans, and quality governance, including regular QA audits.
• Define and govern automation strategy, driving the adoption of AI-assisted and self-healing frameworks.
• Monitor QA metrics, defect trends, and utilize predictive analytics to mitigate quality risks.
• Partner with Development, Product, and Program owners to resolve quality issues and validate deployments.
• Implement data-driven process improvements leveraging AI-assisted quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of software quality assurance experience with at least 6+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in automation frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, NodeJS, and Appium.
• Ability to validate AI/ML-powered features, including LLM-integrated and prompt-based workflows.
• Proficiency in REST API testing and the development of functional and load/performance test plans.
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible for U.S. Government security clearance; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience designing QA strategies for products with embedded AI/ML or LLM-driven features.
• Knowledge of self-healing automation frameworks and intelligent test maintenance.
• Experience with containerized testing environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of integrating automated testing into cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
