What you will do

• Execute commercial launch activities for Sighirify.global, including pre-launch planning, readiness, and post-launch support
• Drive adoption by partnering with Sales and Marketing teams and optimizing customer workflows
• Develop sales enablement materials like pitch decks, FAQs, and training content
• Monitor competitive landscape, clinical trends, and synthesize insights for product strategy
• Contribute to product positioning, TPPs, and support clinical trials in Japan

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (native) and English (business level)
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in product management, commercialization, or marketing
• Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS), preferably cell-free DNA
• Experience supporting commercial launches in oncology or diagnostics preferred
• Ability to travel 35-50%, including international; coordinate with US time zones

• Experience with products delivered as services
• Tumor NGS, MRD assay, or oncology diagnostics experience
