Salary: $88,000 - $118,000 (Base pay)

What you will do

• Oversee the hirify.global Delivery supply lifecycle and monitor health metrics across multiple markets.
• Balance supply and demand to ensure sufficient qualified Helpers to meet market needs and support revenue growth.
• Create and maintain dashboards using analytics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
• Coach and mentor Helpers to increase activation, retention, and quality of service.
• Lead local community engagement and execute events to support the Helper community.
• Align Delivery operations with broader company standards and automate processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional business experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong data communication skills; proficiency with SQL and Sigma (or similar tools) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Business Intelligence, Partnerships) without direct authority.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in San Francisco (2 days per week in-office).
