What you will do

• Drive operational planning and execution for complex integrated projects across multiple business units.
• Translate client requests into detailed deliverables, scopes of work, and timelines.
• Commercially manage accounts, including resources, vendors, and budgets, to ensure financial health.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to manage and prioritize program backlogs.
• Lead resource management and mentor direct reports to build the next generation of talent.
• Optimize agency workflows to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, specifically in personalized CRM and digital platform development at an agency.
• Must be based in Chicago to support the hybrid work model.
• Deep knowledge of web technologies and enterprise software.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills.
