What you will do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for ownership products, including condos and new developments.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership to shape the business vision and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across sales, marketing, product, and operations to meet key milestones.
• Design and implement the processes, tools, and team structure required to run ownership as a scalable business unit.
• Own pipeline development metrics and early revenue targets for the ownership vertical.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence on buyer behavior and developer relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, business development, new venture launch, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Must be based in Miami; this is a full-time, in-person role.
• Proven track record of standing up a new product line, market, or business unit from near-zero.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to build financial models and size markets.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and modern productivity software.
• Familiarity with condo sales or new development processes is a strong plus.
