Sr Demand Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead demand planning processes, including baseline generation and forecast adjustments.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to develop consensus forecasts and identify risks.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and define mitigation or action plans.
• Monitor and analyze Forecast Accuracy KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Supply teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of planning tools and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Must be based in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• APICS or similar supply chain certification.
