What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments.
  • Coordinate shipment coverage and monitor track & trace, PODs, and service issues.
  • Maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers through timely communication.
  • Update load statuses in TMS and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for assigned accounts.
  • Support the onboarding and growth of new business opportunities within the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) for shipment tracking and monitoring.
  • English proficiency for email and sporadic customer service.
  • Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • 1 year of logistics experience.
  • Knowledge of dashboard systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
