What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments.
- Coordinate shipment coverage and monitor track & trace, PODs, and service issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers through timely communication.
- Update load statuses in TMS and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments as needed.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Support the onboarding and growth of new business opportunities within the portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) for shipment tracking and monitoring.
- English proficiency for email and sporadic customer service.
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for on-site work.
Nice to have
- 1 year of logistics experience.
- Knowledge of dashboard systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
