What you will do

• Lead an international and multicultural Strategic Sourcing network for the Field Activities spend category.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with key global suppliers to optimize the company's competitive position.
• Implement global sourcing strategies and ensure the competitiveness of the supplier panel.
• Manage supplier relationships and establish performance-based contracts monitored by KPIs.
• Execute Long-Term Saving Planning to achieve defined savings targets and spend coverage.
• Promote sourcing best practices and a supplier performance culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and/or Business/Economics.
• English: mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing roles within a competitive market.
• Confirmed experience working within an international manufacturing company.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and a performance-driven analytical mindset.
• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
