What you will do

• Scout and onboard new vendor partners in North America for Utility Bedding, Rugs, Mattress, and Window categories.
• Manage supplier capacity and style levels to maintain pace with rapid company growth.
• Optimize existing supplier relationships to improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve launch hit-rates and reduce development bottlenecks.
• Develop a strategic commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape to enhance speed to market for the USA, Canada, and Europe.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in home softline categories with high-end national brands in the US.
• Must be based in the United States or Latin America.
• Ability to travel to vendor partners approximately 1–2 times per month.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Proven ability as a self-starter and independent learner in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with higher-end softline brands.
• Prior experience as an e-commerce Category Manager.
