What you will do

  • Own relationships with strategic clients, supporting onboarding, growth, and long-term success on the platform.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable platform strategies for retail media and marketplace monetization.
  • Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to solve problems quickly and drive customer outcomes.
  • Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or sales (exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and explain complex ideas clearly to clients.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with data, trends, and business problem-solving.
  • High degree of ownership and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
